​The Deep Cleaning Checklist

​All Areas 
Living room, Dining room, Bedrooms, Hallways, Office, Kitchen & Bathrooms

Living Rooms, Bedrooms, Hallways, Offices.

  • ​Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners.

  • Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and decor.
  • Wipe down light switches, door handles, and door frames.
  • Clean mirrors and interior glass (excluding windows).
  • Dust and wipe window sills and ledges & ceiling fans (within reach).
  • Hand-wipe all baseboards and trim.
  • Vacuum all carpets, rugs, and stairs.

  • Vacuum and mop all hard surface floors.

  • Empty all trash bins and replace liners.
  • Tidy up general clutter (e.g., stack magazines, fold blankets).
  • Make beds (if requested).

  • Dust ceiling fans (within reach).

​Bathrooms

  • Thoroughly scrub, clean, and disinfect the toilet (inside, outside, and base).

  • Scrub and clean the shower, bathtub, and shower doors to remove soap scum.

  • ​Clean and sanitize countertops and sinks, and polish faucets. Wipe down towel racks and toilet paper holders.

  • Clean and shine all mirrors and chrome fixtures.

  • ​Wipe down the exteriors of all cabinets and drawers.

  • Sanitize and mop the floors.

Kitchen & Dining Areas

  • Clean and sanitize all countertops and backsplashes.
  • Scrub and sanitize the sink and polish the faucet.
  • Clean the exterior of all appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove).
  • Clean the stovetop and degrease the range hood.
  • Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave.
  • Wipe down the exteriors of all cabinets and drawers.
  • Wipe down the dining table and chairs.

       A deep scrub to remove baked-on        grease and grime.

 

  • ​Inside the Refrigerator:

       Empty, clean, and sanitize all        shelves and drawers.

 

  • ​Inside Kitchen Cabinets:

       Wipe down and clean the interior        of all empty cabinets.

 

  • ​Interior Windows:

       Clean all interior window glass for        a streak-free shine.

 

  • Laundry Service:

       Wash, dry, and fold one load of        laundry while we clean.

 

  • ​Dishwashing:

       Wash a sink full of dishes by hand        or load the dishwasher.

 

  • Wall Spot Cleaning: 

       Remove scuffs and marks from        walls in high-traffic areas.

  • Blinds/Shutter Cleaning: 

    Detailed dusting and wiping of all blinds and shutters.

 

  • Patio/Balcony Sweep & Wipe: 

       Sweep and wipe down outdoor        patio or balcony surfaces.

 

  • Baseboard Scrubbing: 

       Deep clean and scrub all        baseboards to remove stubborn        dirt.

 

  • Cabinet Interior Organization: 

       Organize and neatly arrange items        inside kitchen or bathroom        cabinets (after cleaning).

 

  • Appliance Interior (beyond oven/fridge): 

       Clean inside of other appliances        like dishwashers, microwaves, or        toasters.

 

  • Pet Hair Removal (Excessive): 

       Extra vacuuming and specialized        tools for homes with significant pet        hair.

​Our Deep Cleaning service is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom restoration of your home, billed at $65 per hour. The estimates below are a general guide to help you plan.

 

​For Homes under 1,500 sq ft: Estimated Range:

$325 - $390

 

​For Homes 1,500 - 2,500 sq ft: Estimated Range:

$390 - $585

 

​For Homes over 2,500 sq ft: Estimated Range:

$520 - $780+

 

​To ensure we deliver the thorough results "Shine Up Your Home" is known for, all deep cleaning services have a 4-hour minimum booking.
